Torone Samuels is a seasoned HVAC/R professional with over 30 years of experience in the mechanical trades and workforce development. A proud Baltimore City native, Torone began his career through a high school internship with Baltimore Gas & Electric and formal training at R.E.T.S. Trade School. He entered the field as an entry-level technician and rose through the ranks at Taylor Equipment Distributors, ultimately serving as Service Manager, where he helped drive consistent growth in service revenue.

Torone has deep industry knowledge, operational leadership, and commitment to mentorship make him a vital asset to Julia’s Gift Foundation. As Vice President, Torone oversees curriculum development, instructor coordination, and participant engagement for the Foundation’s HVAC/R Workforce Development Initiative. His lived experience and professional journey serve as a powerful example for youth pursuing careers in the trades.
